UGC Rules System

The User Generated Content forum's Rules are simple:
1: No spam or flaming.
2: Only post content (tracks, cars, audio, etc.) that YOU created. Don't post other peoples stuff.
3: If your content is good enough, we *MAY* use it in competition. Only items we will not accept for competition though is cars.
